Disabled Facilities Grant Checker

You may be eligible for a Disabled Facilities Grant if you or someone in your household is disabled and needs changes made to your home. The grant is available to homeowners, private tenants, housing association tenants, and landlords on behalf of disabled tenants.

Common adaptations funded by DFGs include stairlifts, level-access showers, ramps, door widening, through-floor lifts, and kitchen/bathroom modifications. The grant is means-tested for adults (not means-tested for children).
