Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard and your listing will revert to the free tier at the end of your billing period.
How do I upgrade?
Claim your listing first (it's free), then use the upgrade button on your dashboard. Payment is handled securely via Stripe.
Do I need to pay to be listed?
No. Every installer has a free listing with basic contact details. Paid tiers add visibility features like priority placement and lead forwarding.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are processed in GBP.
